For Book Club Discussions
- Who is your favorite character? What makes you like him/her?
- Is there a character with whom you most identify?
- Who is your least favorite character? Was there any justification to explain the things that character did that made you dislike him or her?
- Was there a story that you feel is a common dilemma?
- Did any character make you reconsider your opinion about someone you may have judged unfairly? Did hearing the “other side of the story” cause you to rethink your feelings about that person, or give you more insight?
- Did you vote on any of the decisions? If yes, were you surprised when you found out what happened after the character’s decision was made?
- Share a memorable moment in the book.
- What character in the book do you believe made the biggest mistake in their decision? Why?
- Would you read another book in the Did I Do the Right Thing? Series?
- If you had the chance to ask the authors one question, what would it be?
- What do you think of the book’s title and concept?
- What do you think the authors’ reason was for writing the book?
- Do you think any of the stories could be expanded into a full-length book?
- Why do you think the author chose the stories they featured?
- Did any of the stories make you feel better about a decision you made in your past?
